Research Interests:
I have a broad interest in large-scale mantle dynamics and prediction of time-dependent evolution of surface topography and stratigraphy. I am particularly interested in history of the large-scale vertical motions of continents, with the specific focus on understanding the regional and global long-term sea-level change. I also have experience with seismic data analysis, both in basin-scale hydrocarbon exploration and lithospheric-scale studies.
I recently defended my Ph.D. thesis, with Prof. Michael Gurnis as my thesis advisor. I also work with Prof. Robert Clayton, and collaborate with Prof. R. Dietmar Müller from University of Sydney (Australia) and Dr. Rupert Sutherland from GNS Science (New Zealand).
