Multi-scale approach to estimating variations in
topographically-correlated propagation delays

The topographically-correlated phase (part of propagation delays) can be mitigated by using this multi-scale approach developed by Nina Lin, Mark Simons, Eric Hetland, Pablo Muse and Chris DiCaprio. For details regrading the background information, algorithm, error estimates and limitations, please refer to our Multi-scale tropostatic correction paper.

We now make this matlab package publicly available. You're welcome to download and give it a try. A sample dataset is included in the package. Although currently there is no any user manual, there are some short notes in the driver file (tropostatic_driver.m). All you need to do is to change the parameters in the driver file, and run it in matlab.

Feel free to report any bug or missing scripts to Nina Lin. However, code maintenance and response to code-related questions are not always guaranteed.

Download: tropostatic.rar (107 MB)
Recommended platform: linux redhat 5 and above, matlab 2009 and above
Notice: This package is ONLY ROI_PAC compatible. If your files are not generated by ROI_PAC, you will need to manually modify the codes so that they can take in all necessary parameters. Or you can download roipac at ROI_PAC wiki.
