Available Software

"I have the data, but what do I use with it?"

There are some widely distributed software packages developed by NASA, the USGS, ASU, and others that work with much of the MGS and Odyssey data.

Be sure to check and set variables, paths, and aliases for these programs.

SPICE Tools

Icy

NAIF/SPICE Kernels

JPL's NAIF manages the standard SPICE kernels that support all NASA missions. ESA also follows NAIF standards.

The NAIF toolkit has many tools used to determine spacecraft geometry, timings, image informations, etc.

Icy is a library of IDL programs that use the cspice tools
