Problem Sets
Assignments will be due one week from when they are mounted, and will
be penalized 20% for each day they
are late unless prior arrangements have been made with Prof. Blake.
Collaboration Policy: Please do not consult the problem sets, exams,
or solution sets from previous years.
Quantum mechanics can be tricky, and people learn in different ways.
Thus, collaboration is OK but as with Ch21a
I would like you to START each problem by yourself. That way, when you
work in a group you are bringing your
own ideas to the table. Please try to make sure your written work
in not copied verbatim from group attempts, it
should reflect your own understanding of the material.
Let us know how much time you are spending on each set. If folks like
this system, we can use the Moodle-based
website set up by IMSS on a
test basis in Fall 2008. Let me know.
