Tomaso Bontognali
Tomaso is a postdoc working with myself and geobiology colleagues John Grotzinger and Victoria Orphan. He is using novel microanalytical tools to look for structural, chemical, and isotopic criteria to distinguish biogenic microfossils in ancient rocks. Tomaso received his Ph.D. from ETH in Zurich working with Judy McKenzie.
