James A. Westphal Memorial

Jim Westphal, who came to Caltech in 1961, was professor of planetary science, emeritus. A reception will follow the memorial. A fund in his name has been established for the support of students involved in observational planetary astronomy. Contributions should be made payable to Caltech and sent to Marcia Hudson, Caltech, Mail Code 170-25, Pasadena, CA 91125, with a notation earmarking the gift for the memorial fund.
