Poster/Map printing around the time of scientific conferences can be extremely busy.

Setting up an appointment is a must!

1) Read GIS Lab: Poster/Map Printing

2) Refer to the calendar to see if their is an available appointment time. Appointments are in 30 minute intervals.

3) Email gislab@caltech.edu with a proposed appointment time atleast 24 hours in advance. Also include the billing account number (poeta number). You should receive a confirmation email from the Lab Manager within 24 hours.

4) (OPTIONAL) Upload your file to ftp://ftp.gps.caltech.edu/incoming/gislab/ (login anonymously) - Be sure to put your name in every filename.

5) Show up to your appointment on time and with your files on disk (if you have not uploaded them to the ftp site).
