Use current estimates Global CO2 Emissions from Fossil-Fuel Burning, 
Cement Manufacture, and Gas Flaring to calculate the cumulative amount 
of CO2 added to the atmosphere between 1960 and 2008. Express as ppm 
(volume of CO2 / volume of air) x 10^6. [note that this table is 
in million metric tons of carbon (C) NOT CO2].
