Ge 263 HWK 3, Finite-Difference Tsunami Example with a Rupture Source

Modify your code from HWK 2 to implement a rupture source that starts from
lon = 95.66E, lat = 2.61N and ends at lon = 93.07E, lat = 5.70N
with a rupture speed of 2 km/s.
While the estimated slip along the fault is variable, we will assume'it is constant (at say 1.0). We will also assume that the rupture happens simultaneously along the entire zone.

Compare snapshots of the wavefield in the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea to compare the timing of the tsunami in Thailand, Sri Lanka and India.
